How do I change or retrieve my Church Account Username or Password?

I tried to sign up by using the Sign Up Now link and it says I'm already registered. How do I know what my log-in information is (ID and password)?
It says the person I'm trying to reserve a car for doesn't exist in the system, but when I go to register him it says his profile already exists. How do I make a reservation for him?

Q. How do I change or retrieve my Church Account Username or Password?
 

A. Church Account is the standard login for Church applications.  Click here to reset you Username.  Click here to reset your Password.


Q. How do I change my Personal Profile information?
 

A. Go to the "My Profile" link on the left side in the blue colum of the main page. On the My Profile screen users can change everything except their I.D. number and name. Note: making changes will sometimes reset your Driver's License Expiration verification and you may need to show proof to the Motor Pool office prior to a vehicle check-out.


Q. I tried to sign up by using the Sign Up Now link and it says I'm already registered. How do I know what my log-in information is (ID and password)?
 

A. Click on the Forgot Password link and you will be prompted for your email address. The system will identify you by this information and send you an email with the proper information. OR your account may be 'deactivated' for a lapsed driver's qualification (must complete every three years) - please contact the Motor Pool office to verify 801-420-3195


Q. It says the person I'm trying to reserve a car for doesn't exist in the system, but when I go to register him it says his profile already exists. How do I make a reservation for him?
 

A. The person making the reservation needs to make sure that they are putting in the correct I.D. number of the driver in the box provided and not the drivers name. If this does not work they need to call in to check and make sure that the I.D. is correct.


Q. How do I book multiple vehicles for the same person?
 

A. This can be done easily with the Submit and Make Similar Request button at the end of the reservation process. When this option is selected it takes the requestor back to the previous page with the same settings as the first reservation. The requestor can then change dates and times, type of vehicle, or even driver.


Q. How do I book multiple reservations but for different people?
 

A. As above, select the Submit and Make Similar Request button. When the screen goes back type the I.D. of the other driver in the box that is right next to the drivers name. This will change the department as well as the name displayed. The requestor can then make other reservation changes that they need.


Q. How can I see the reservations that already exist?
 

A. Click on the My Schedule link. This will show a list of reservations that the person has requested or that have been requested on their behalf.


Q. How can I change one of my reservations?
 

A. When on the My Schedule page, click on the magnifying glass to the left of the reservation that needs to be modified. This will show you specifics of that reservation, you may add notes by clicking the Add Notes button. The Administrator will then approve and make the necessary changes or deny the change request and send an email explaining why the change may not be possible.


Q. How can I cancel one of my reservations?
 

A. When in the My Schedule page, click on the red X to the left of the reservation that needs to be cancelled. It will confirm the cancellation before actually cancelling.


Q. At the COB, do I need to wash my car when I return?
 

A. YES, you must wash the car using the COB Motor Pool car wash just east of the office. There is a windshield tag that allows access. The green light at the front of the washer will come on; pull the car forward until the front right tire slips into the boot. You will know when this has happened because the light will turn red. The Washer will then begin to wash. When finished the yellow light will show, pull foreword slowly through the rinse. Use a chamois to dry off the vehicle, located to the right of the washer.


Q. What do I take back to show that I went on the trip?
 

A. When in the My Schedule page, click on the washboard icon to the left of the completed reservation. This will pull up a receipt that can be printed.

 
 

 
 

 

 
 

Q. Is there a place where I can view Motor Pool policy?
 

A. Yes, the policy can be accessed at any time that you are on the Agile FleetCommander web site by clicking the Policies link in the Information section.
